Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection brings the car to you. Instead of travelling to a branch, you have the vehicle dropped at your hotel, riad, address or another agreed spot, and collected from there at the end — the rental comes to your doorstep.
It is a real convenience when a branch is awkward to reach or your arrival point has no rental desk. For a hotel stay in a city centre or a riad in a medina, having the car delivered saves a cross-town trip at both ends of the rental.
There is usually a fee that grows with distance, since a driver has to bring the car out and get back. For nearby addresses it can be small or even free on a promotion; for far-flung spots it costs more, so weigh it against simply collecting from the branch.
When you arrange it, agree a precise location and time, and make sure the same inspection and paperwork happen at delivery as they would at a desk. Check the car over and confirm its condition before the driver leaves.
