Does the Arkana suit the Ourika road?

Yes. The P2017 climbs the valley to Setti Fatma in tight bends, and the automatic gearbox handles the climb and the descent back to Marrakech without you touching the lever; the diesel engine pulls through the hairpins without strain.

Where do I collect the car in Marrakech?

Is a deposit required?

The two-day minimum fits the city's rhythm. Day one is Marrakech itself, the car parked outside the walls while the souks and Jemaa el-Fna are walked; day two is the P2017 up the Ourika valley to Setti Fatma, 61.9 km from the airport in 1 h 41, a road the diesel climbs without fuss and the automatic gearbox holds on the way back down.

The rate covers insurance and unlimited mileage, so the valley road and the return to the airport are not counted.

Handover at Menara airport when you land, 6.2 km from Jemaa el-Fna by the N7, or at the door of your riad, your hotel in Hivernage or an address in the Palmeraie. Send the flight number or the riad's name on WhatsApp and the booking is confirmed there.

Start at the riad. The Arkana drops you at the gate nearest your riad and waits outside the walls while the medina is done on foot. From the airport, Jemaa el-Fna is 6.2 km by the N7, 16 minutes at the wheel.
